You cannot compare, as one uses Microsoft Windows, the other Mac OS X as an operating system. If you require Microsoft Windows, any Mac would be the wrong choice. If your require Mac OS X, any normal computer would be the wrong choice. It is all up to you, there is not "better" choice.
