I have a PC DVD Rom Burner that I would like to make into a external DVD Rom Drive. My question is where can I find a good enough case that’s under 35$ and will do what I need it to do? Whether it run on USB Power or Outlet Power means nothing, but I am looking for something that’s pretty much inexpensive and does what I need it to do.

ebay is your best answer. It may be used but I haven’t bought any electronics there that haven’t worked.
