What dvd drive comes with the best software. Should I just buy the drive and then get seperate software like Nero? If I rent from blockbuster can these movies be burned and watched in my computer or using a PSP? thanks for the advice

works great, came with nero too. As to your other question, the answer is a yes (at least to the dvd part, I don’t know anything about PSP’s, but -1)you will want to do some research first b) it is "illegal" even if you own the movie. I pass no judgement on this (as I think it is absurd that it is illegal to make backup copies, as a parent with kids who destroy DVD’s)
