i also want 1 that dosnt just need expensive disks cause i burn films etc the odd time i have a pc windows 2000 xp

Which drive you use has nothing to do with which disks you use. Cheap disks are cheap for a reason, but you can get decent DVD +R or DVD -R disks for less than 20 cents each in quantity.

I’m happy with my Memorex DL internal R/W drive, and I burn a lot of DVDs.
